Contact PDFNa

The fastest way to reach us is email. PDFNa is run by SRK in India, so replies come from one person rather than a support desk.

Short answer: Email admin@pdfna.com with the tool name and what went wrong. Bug reports and tool requests are both welcome.

Email address

admin@pdfna.com

Please describe the problem in the body of the email rather than just the subject line. There is no ticket system, so anything that helps reproduce the issue is useful.

Reporting a bug

If a tool failed or produced an unexpected result, these details make the difference between a fix and a guess:

Please do not attach the document itself. Because your files are never uploaded, an email attachment would be the one copy of your data sent to us, and we would rather you did not have to send it.

Requesting a tool

Email admin@pdfna.com and describe the job you are trying to do rather than the tool you want built. If a task can be done inside a browser without sending data to a server, it is usually possible. Requests for OCR, very large files and server-side batch jobs are the usual exceptions, since those need a server rather than a browser.

What we cannot help with

Response time

PDFNa is a one-person project, so replies are not instant and there is no guaranteed turnaround. Reports that include the details above are usually the first to get a useful answer.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I report a tool that did not work?

Email admin@pdfna.com with the name of the tool, a description of what you did, and what happened instead. If a specific file failed, mention its type, page count and the browser you were using.

Can I request a new PDF tool?

Yes. Email admin@pdfna.com describing the task you are trying to do rather than the tool you want. If the job can be done inside a browser, it is usually possible.

Do you offer an API or bulk processing?

Not at the moment. PDFNa is a free collection of browser tools with no paid plan. Everything runs on your own device, so there is no server-side batch service to call.

Can you recover a file I lost?

No. Because files are processed on your device and never uploaded, PDFNa has no copy of your document and no backup to restore from. This is the same property that keeps your files private.

How quickly do you reply?

PDFNa is run by one person, so replies are not instant. Clear bug reports with reproducible details are usually the quickest to get a useful answer.
